HOW TO HANDLE THE CARTRIDGE THAT RECOGNIZE

Thursday, July 27, 2011. I print the file. Suddenly the printer stop. "The printer not recognized (Epson Stylus T13)". I try to handle follow the tutorial but fail. I come to ask to technician of IT, Mr. Agung. "Please open the printer, than  lift / move up  the ink bottle (e.g. Magenta, Cyan, etc) than press to down. It's the trick," Mr. Agung says. I try to apply it. I try and try. Finally success. I'm very  proud. Thank you Mr.  Agung.
