My health

Note of my  health. I had  fainted (pingsan) during fouth tine duty I kife per August 18, 2025. 

1. About 1988 or 1989 - when I JHS in  Saint Kaluas  Kuwu -. I fainted in   yard of Golowlu Puskermas  when  finsih injection or check up. On that time I go to Golowelu PUSKESMAs  otgether my father, Mr. Gaspar . He  delibery me there. Aftter  check aup and injectionm when want to go back to home, in yard of PUSKESMAS, I'm  stumbling (sempoyongan)  that fall down. My father  try to hold me. He carry me te PUSKESAMS building. The nurse -  bidan Thres -  treat. She prepare the  tea. I drink it. When arare and strong, I go back to home. 
2. 1993 or 1994  in Lela hospital . On that time I  went to Lela Hospital to  blood donor. After  check the blood, I wait and vist the  sick peiple there. I see people  who  have big injury in his leg. It is  big injurt. Than suddenly I'm  weak and fall down.. I just  as   flood phobia (fobia darah ). 
3. PDIP  campign in President Election 2014 in VMG I - I 'm fall down  . I'm stumbling . Than I sit  down. I sleep in gtass. I smeel the bed smell. Evidently it is   mseel od  cat's shit. Wow...... The other people help me on that time.  Than I aware. 
4. In home in VMG 1  - on  2023 or 2024. I get up. Than I go to the kitchen. I want to cook food. Suddenly I'm stumbling. I fall down. My head lies on   separatoe by=ath room and kichen. I aware it. Than I get up. Than I decide to sleep again. 
5. Thursday, June 20, 2024.  I fall down   from motor cycle in Blog G.  Wow... I'm fainted. Thge motor cycle  overlapping  (menimpa) me.  The other peole  help me.  Than  I get treat. I still go to school.  Than I go back. i ceck my condition in  clicic. My blood pressire is 190 mm Hg.  Than I go the doctor. I get medicine.   I fall down becuae I'm eat meny of  sacrifice meat. I forget to eat the   garlic to  neutralize (menetralkan) it.   (Note I write this on JPS, August 18, 2025). 
6. Monday, February 23  afternoon. or evening   until Tuesday, February 24, 2026. I got  fever.. I just as  afraid to touch water. I get disturb sleep in the night. I abcent to  went  to school on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026.  I'm feel my right  testicles (buah pelir) was sick.  I try to free of  wear  from  my body. I put my  leg on the wall to satefy. In the morning my condition is better.  I absent to school. In  evening I go to  doctor to  got  care of health. I got medicine.  I pay about  IDR 120.000.  Than I got cough  sick. On Feb. 28, 2026, I went to Delfy's wedding  reception in  PMKRI Menteng, Jakarta. I was still cough. Than I  went to Depok. I was still cought. I renturn to Bekasi and join on  dress rehearshal (gladi bersih) of  choir fir Pal Sunday,  March 29, 2026.  I  can not sing  bevause  cough. I go  back to home and join on  Environment prayer inMr. Teja's  house. I'm still  cought  too. Than I see in internet  how to   treatment )mengobati)  cough with thigh phlegm (dahak kental). " Drim  warm  water mix lemon and  honey. I have   honey in home. I drunk it. The  condition better  until March 4, 2026.

Blood Pressure 150 / ..... - It  is  Risk

Tuesday,  Februari 3, 2015. I'm absent  to join on lecture of  postgraduate (pascasarjana) of  Philosophy at STF  Driyarkara, Jakarta. Why? My health is  disturbed.  May be  because I'm depress and frustrated  because result  of  study . There are 2 subjects  that  fail, Moslem Philosophy and  Humanism - Religion.  So, on afternoon, I go to clinic. I check  my blood pressure (tekanan darah). It  is  150 /...... It's not  normal. It  means  my health  not  so  good. Please improve your  think  and  style  of  life , Franck!. The  doctor  give  medicine  to me. I  go back  to  home  after  pay Rp 40.000.

Why the blood pressure high? May be  because stress, get  the  low  score  of  first  semester. I go to  campus  of  STF  on 2 February 2015 to pay school fee  and  registration. I get  information   from  Ms  Retno  about  my score. There are  some subject  that fail,  e.g. Islam Philosophy  and  Humanism   - Religion.

The  bad  health  because think.

On Thursday, May 14, 2015. On Ascent Day of Jesus Christ to Heaven and  Inauguration  (pengresmian / pelantikan) Parish of Harapan Indah, Saint Albertus, I get visit of Ms ....., trader of medicine. After join on mass and  follow on  party people (pesta umat) I wait her. I promise to meet her on 12.00 o'clock. They arrive  from BSD - Tangerang. They check my condition on car. Than they give medicine to me. I pay Rp 275.000. Than  I go back. I usher (mengantar) Ms Paula (Oma Paula)  to Rawa Indah. Than I go  home. I'm  eat  the  medicine. Than I feel there is change (perubahan) on some  vital organ. It  is  begin  twist (menggeliat)  again. 

Thursday, June 11, 2015. I'm sick again. I'm dizziness (pusing/pening). "May be my blood pressure  relapse (kambuh)" I think. I try to handle the conditions. In the afternoon  I go to clinic at  Bogor Village (Kampung Bogor)   to treatment (berobat). The doctor check my pressure of blood. How many the pressure? It is normal 100/80. Wow... I'm relieved (lega). The doctor check my body. Than she  write diagnosis (diagnosa) to me. I give to cashier (kasir). I pay Rp 50.000. I get the  medicine. Than I go back. I'm  on foot to home. I'm not bring  the motor cycle. Wow....my blood pressure is normal. Than I take a rest while call my family, Mr. Beny, Mr. Hila, Ms Mery, Ms Tina. Than I'm  rest.

Friday, July 17, 2015. I check up  my health condition  at  post homecoming (posko mudik) Surabaya. I'm still in the  way on Journey Manggarai - Flores  to  Jakarta. I chek my blood  pressure. The tools  show the number: 165. Wow..... it  is  high. Than  I entrance to  bus  Sari Indah to continue journey to Jakarta.

Sunday, July 19, 2015. I check up my blood  pressure at Cikarang, at Ms Mari Firi Yung's  house. She is  have the  tools (device). The result number 175.

Sunday, August 9, 2015.  I check up my blood pressure at JPS. The result show  175. Than I drink Captodril medicine  from  docter  Faridz. I drink on afternoon and in the morning.

Monday, August 10, 2015. I check up my blood pressure at JPS. The result show  142 /80.  It  is decreasing but not  normal yet. The normal size is 120/80.  Please continue the drink medicine. Captodril is match to me because not give the back effect to me. The other respondents that drink Captodril, Mr. Ben Ayung get the bad effects is cough (batuk). "Please change with the other type of hypertension medicine," the  docter says.

My elbows (siku tangan) is  sick. I don;t  know  why. May be because physic work on last week. On  last Sunday, I pull the sand (pasir) residual of repaired of  home. There are 4 sacks. I pull it from yard to terrace of  home. I stack (menumpukan) it in order to seem tidy. I set the cardboard (kardus)   too of book and  dress. I find  the cockroach (kecoa) on cardboard. I think  may be bacuse this reason so my left elbow  is  sick. Than on Tuesday,  October 20, 2015, i come to clinic  get  medicine. I use conterpain on my elbow. Than I  massage (urut) by myself. On Wednesday I feel it  is better but still sick feel. Than on Friday, October 23, I  almost not fill the sick.  On Thursday, October 22, 2015, i'm  dizzy (pusing). I'm thinking  my pressure of blood  is  high.  I try to manage. I still do the  duty well today. In  campus I give the presentation about "Exclusion, Unjust  and State Democratic". I do it well. If I give score it  85.  My team work are: Mr. Wellem (Protestan), Mr. Hanif (Moslem), Mr. Nabil (Islam), Brother Eron, SJ  and  I. Mr. Eron, SJ as editor text, Mr.  Hanif as moderator, Mr. Nabil and Mr. Welem as member. I'm as  communicator.


Saturday, October  31, 2015. I check up my blood pressure at  Clinic at Kampung Bogor. The result show  190 /.......The  docter give medicine to me. I pay Rp 40.000

Tuesday, November  10, 2016. I check up my blood pressure at  Clinic at Kampung Bogor. The result show  160 /100. The  docter give medicine to me. I pay Rp 40.000


Monday, January  23, 2016.  I'm sick. I'm dizzy (pusing)  and  nausea (mual) but not until  gag (cat = trough up = spit up =  muntah). May be because  eat the old fish. When lunch I ate the  fried fish of  macarel tuna (ikan tongkol)  that  rest (sisa) yesterday. I wait until  the dizzy  abate (mereda). I sit down in lobby A. I want to sleep in clinic but  the clinic closed and locked. When condition already abate (mereda)  I go back to home. I drive mootor cycle. I buy porridge (bubur) of  green beans (kacag  ijo) two portion (porsi). I bring it to home, than I supper. Than I go to clinic to check  my health. I check up my blood pressure at  Clinic at Kampung Bogor. The result show  160 /100. The  docter give medicine to me. I pay Rp 65.000.

Thursday, April 6, 2017.
My sleep disturb. I feel sick on  waist (pinggang). "May be it is appendix " Mr. Prass said. "May be," I said. Than on Saturday I go to Jakarata to check up.

Today I went to Jakarta. Before it I try to handle some works just as  wash the dress, clean the floor of home and yard and pay the bills (rekening) of water with total payment IDR 60.000. I success  do it. Than on 08:30 am I start to Jakarta. I entrusted (titip) my motor cycle at  Pasar Modern. Than I use busway. When arrive in busway I aware that I forget the registration card of Saint Carous Hoospital. "Wow.... I'm mistake," I say to myself. I aware when the  bus had started. Am I nee to go back to home to take it?" I ask "No need?" It is  risk to pay expensive," I said in my heart. I often neglect," I say to myself. I try to calm. In Jl. Bulevar Hijau, near BCA I see  Ms. Lilny entrance to busway. She entrance together her chilldren. I thin together her husband but evidently the man not her husband. I know it when  pay ment. They pay for ech self. "Oh...sory they are not wife and husband. They accidental (kebetulan) meet in the way when wait the busway. Ms Lyny is Catholic in  Parish  od Saint Albert- Harapan Indah - Bekasi. In last time she was  official of documentation   for Fist Communion Sacrament. She had came to JPS school to take picture  for JPS students who allow the first communion in last time, just as year 2015.
Than she busy with her children and her gadget. I try to sleep. I see some  children in bus. They bust to play. The bus  full on the way. We transit at  ASMI. Than I uuse busway to Senen. I contact my brother, Mr. Rony to ask my book. " I'm join the coopereation Credit Union Education. I'm still meeting now. You CU of Bererod  Gratia Book i entrusted (titip)  at  Ms Vony," he sms. "Okay, so I no need to go to CU Bererod Gratia Office. I direct  go to Saint Carolus hospital to check up," I said.  In busway I'm  dizzy (pusing). This is because  hypertension. I forget to drink medicine," I said. Than I arrive at  Senen shelter. I transit  there to  Carolus Hospital. I exit at Saint Carolus - Salemba - Hospital. I arrive at 11:30 am. Than I entrance to hospital. I fill the data whereas I had check up in last time. Finally they find it.  Today I meet doctor  Emon. After wait almost 1,5 hours he check up me. "This is nor appendix. Please controll you hypertension. Today my press of blood is 150 / ....... Than he give recipe (resep). I bring it to  staff. I pay almost 576.000. The pay of consultation to docter almost 350.000. Wow.. so expensive," I said.  "I mistake take decision. It is better I come to  general doctor  in Saint carolus if not the  doctor in clinic in Bekasi. If come to them may be not so expensive. But I come to  specialist doctor because I feel sick of appendix.  I thin may be need surgery so I come to Saint Carolus  Hospital. Evidently my analysis not exact. Than I lunch at Warteg Bluntas. I eat  rice, tempeh of fried,  kale (kangkung) and bean sprouts (tauge)  / soya shoots (tumas kedelai).  I pay IDR 6.000.  Than I drink medicine. I eat papaya and  melon with price IDR 5.000. Than my brother, Mr. Rony come to pick up me

 at Bluntas - Salemba. Than we go to Pasar Genjing to met Rony's darling, Ms  Fony. We take my credit union of Bererod Gratia Book.  Than Rony and I  discuss at  Genjing Park. He pray for me for my refresh of health.  'Please   delivery me to Saint Paschal's church of Cempaka Putih.  He did it. "Thank you my brother," I said. "I entrusted (titip) to you the money for Mr. Hendrik Aron of Wedding. I donor IDR 300.000," I said to my youngest brother while givi the monney to him. Than I entrance to the church. The Palm Celebration on this mass lead by 2 priest. They are Father Egy Ngarut,OFM (74 years) and Father Jimmy, OFM. The Saint Paschal's church  condition is good. The room use AC. They use projector.

After Holy Mass I entrance to  Book Shop. I see the book there. Than I met with Father Egy, OFM. "Fathher   fresh now," I said. "I'am 74 years now," he said. "Can you help  us to lead the Holy mass at our school  of JPS on Friday ,  April  28, 2017? It is Saint John Paul II Celebration and  School Easter Celebration," I ask. It is okay but you must  pick up and delivery," he ask. "It is okay Father," I said. Today, I feel just God  grants (mengabulkan) and hear my prayer. Almost had 3 weeks I looking for priest  to lead this mass but  6 priest who contact busy, con not service us. Just as the Lord lead me today to Saint Paschal's church  and I meet Father Egy Ngarut, OFM. He has time to service us on April 28, 2017. Thank you Lord." I pray in my heart.

Since Sunday, May 7, 2017, my gum(gusi) under of teeth is sick. It is wound. I don't know  why  is  it happened. May be effect of  deep heat (panas dalam).  Just as  have link to under part so my  sick in  down of  molar (geraham) too. I try to treat use  ginger but still sick too, no fast recover. Than I  remember the oil medicine - Sumbawa Oil (Minyak Sumbawa) -  that I bought in journey Flores - Bali. I bought it in Badas in Pangrango )/) ship.  The Alor people sale it. I buy one bottle. It is in July 2016  when I go back to Jakarta after holiday in Manggarai. Than I take the oil medicine. I  drops on the gum (gusi) that sick. I feel cool (adem).  I want to use it again. Than I use  ginger (jahe). Finally it is recover.

One Sunday on Junne 2017, I check up at Saint Albert Church. Adenta's mom invite me to check up. "You are sick of  uric acid (asam urat). The doctor  give medicine  to me. I get  the food too. Than I go back to home.


Since Saturday, June 3, 2017, my health is disturb. My tail bone (tulang ekor) and  right butt (pantat kanan) wounds (terluka). May be effect the broken inner body. But I don't know what is part  that broken. May be is is effect of uric acid (asam urat). Until Monday. June 5, 2017 I still feel sick of it. Yesterday, Sunday, June 4, 2017 I exit feces that bad small, there is hard (padat), liquid (cair)  even (bahkan) mucus (berlendir) . Yesterday  morning seldom liquid all. I think fart (kentut)  evidently  liquid feces. (lelot in Manggarainese).   Today in the morning the feces  still seem liquid. Wow...my health not so  good.



Since Tuesday, June 18, 2017, my condition  of health is disturb. The climate today is cloudy (berawan). I begin  hoarse (serak). My esophagus (kerongkongan). I get sick almost  during  one  week. Than on Monday, July 24, 2017, at evening,  I go to the doctor  ta Clinic Medika. The doctor serve me. She check my blood type. "How many my  blood pressure?" I ask. It is enough high is 160/100. Wow. Than the doctor give me the  medicine. I  drink it. Than I'm rest.


Monday, August 7 - 8, 2017, I'm so lazy. My movement  so slow. I'm easy sleepy (mengantuk).  Is this effect of hypertension? Is this effect of  consumption rice excessive (berlebihan). May be.


Thursday, August 9. 2017. In my room I touch my teeth that had broken. There is part that fall down in mouth. I touch and take it. Than I hold the main molar that still   holey (berlubang). It is  rocking (bergoyang). I take it. I see  nicely.  Wow... this part of my body. This part is off. "We are  slowly dead. I save my part of  molar (geraham) that broken.  My mouth not  comfortable because there is part that losing and other part still  left but it is sharp ans I often touch so sick.

This event for  the second time broken. In last  years   this molar  (geraham)  broken. And today is second time to broken. But still have left, include the  tooth root (akar gigi).

Friday,  2 - 4 February 2018, my left  hand is  sick .  The base of plam (pangkal telapak)  have lumps (benjolan). It is sick and swollen (bengkak). It make me  fever. I get difficult to  hold (pegang)  or carry something. If I   open my hand to down it is  sick. This is disturb of me.  I try to bring motor cycle but I difficult to  do it. Than on Saturday, February 3, 2017, I decide to go to the doctor in clinic in  Kampung Bogor, near VMG I.  I on foot to there. I meet  with Mr and Mrs. Sumijo. We by the way. Mr. Sumijo ask  vacancy (lowongan) of work at JPS. "Is have vacancy in JPS. It is  for Mr. Martin. He was studying English in Atmajaya University," he said. "Now, not yet, may be  approaching (menjelang)  new academic year 2018/2019," I said. They ask me about my destination.  I want to clinic to go to doctor. I want to  get  treatment (berobat) to  to my sick. Had you treatment here?  Mr. Sumijo ask. "Yes, I often treatment here . Than I entrance the clinic. I meet the man doctor. He service me. We dialog. "May be this uric acid (asam urat)," he said. "But this  have  lumpps (benjolan) doctor," I said. "No eat  purine (purin) and coconut milk (santan)," he suggest. Than he  give medicine. "Thank you doctor," I  said.  I pay IDR  50.000. Than I go back. In home I drink medicine than  sleep.  When I get up in the morning I  begin feel  good. Pain (nyeri)  and aches (pegal) gegin lose and swollen begin  decrease (berkurang).  I'm happy with this  change (perubahan).

Friday,  24 - 4 February  - March  2, 2018, I'm   sick of  cold (pilek) . I try to  do my activity. I seldom  lulled (terlena) with  work  and seldom careless  to care my health, e.g.  go back late to home because  read news in internet. Seldom i greedy (rakus) with news. Until March 3, 2018 I am still cold. May be fast recover. Until Saturday, March 3, 2018, my nose still  feel clogged (tersumbat).
Wow.

Than Tuesday, March 20  2018 I  get  sick of cough (batuk) and cold (pilek). On Thursday, in evening I decide to go to the clinic in Kampung Bogor. Dokter  Zulkifli Kamaruddin  service me. He give medicine to me. I pay IDR  50.000. Than  I go back to home. I drink it that rest.

On Wednesday, March 21, 2018 a part of  tartar (karang gigi)  broken (pecah).  I know it when  drink water in the morning.  Than  my finger of right hand take it. I try to destroy of it. Than I  try to  smell it. The  bad  smell I get. Wow....

Monday, April 30, 2018.  I get  cold  and  cough (batuk). I'm shiver (menggigil) in evening? Why In condition cold  and cough (batuk) I drink  cold  water. The  body component  not support of it so the  reaction just as it (shiver = menggigil).

On May 1, 2018, I go to the doctor in Kampung  Bogor to get medicine.  The doctor check  me  include my blood press is 120 / 90 . "The  blood  press is normal," he said. "Thank you  doctor. I'm very happy because before my blood pressure reach 170. "please sleep enough ,  keep the diet (jaga pola makan), avoid stress  and   spoort," he said. Than I get medicine. I pay IDR 50.000




On Sunday, June 23, 2019 - in  Jurang Mangu Station - I feel my right chest pain. I'm try to hold it. What symptoms is this? Than on Monday, July 1, 2019, in VMG  in the morning, the right chest pain.  Is this symptoms of heart disease?

On  16  April 2022, I  go to doctor. Why? Before I feel  my conditon  not good.  I feel it  when  get up in the morning  and contine when I  join  Paschal  Vrigiily in  Saint Alberus Harapan Indah parish, Bekasi. Than on evening  I decide  go to  doctor to check up. My blood  pressure is 150/110 mmHg.  I ffel pain on shouder or back , sick when ibhale (tarik nafas)  and feel pain on knee / leg. The doctoor  give medicine to me. I pay IDR 50.000. I drink  the medicine when arrive in home. Than I feel better my condition.

On  Friday, 22 April 2022, i write reflection to delivery when  Environmental Worship of Sait Alfonsus , Hrarapan Indah. I had prepare  and  print  it.  Than I   go back to home.  I check it  at home, Oh, my God, I forget  it in the  school. What symptoms is this? Is my heallth is good or have  problem e.g. my  blood vessel are blocked (pembuluh darah tersumbat)? I suspect  this problem, because my blood pressure enough high.
