Mr dan Mrs Robert and family very support with willing (rela) to borrow the equipment of cook just as stove (kompor), water, and the other equipment of cook. We bring together it to Church . On 12.00 we start to venue of cook is Saint Albertus Church of Harapan Indah, Bekasi. My yeam had come. They are MrsPaulina and Ms Olivia. Mrs Paulina (from Java) have husband from Flores but had die.Mrs Olivia (from Ende) has husband from Ende but had die too. On 13.00 we start to cook. I help to cook vegetable " Rumpu Rampe". We make the Flores traditional food. How to make it?
1. Cook flower of papaya until half ripe than move to the place. Than change water to cook the others
2. Cook leaf of Cassava (singkong?) that mix with "heart of babana. than move to plate.

4.Entrance the little fish (teri asin)
5.Mix ( 1- 4 material) on one pan (crock = wajan=kuali).
Than we fried salt fish, tempeh, tofu and chily. We use water of aqua and 2 glassess.
Than we serve it. We use plate of Mr. and Mrs Aloy.
The Official consist 4 persons, They are Father Nevy,SVD and Father Ramlan, SV and 2 women as lay people (orang awam)
They taste our food. ""The Flores food usually use hazelnut as cooking seasoning ." a man says.
We no win. Enough people come to taste our food. "There is Flores people that join on this competition. They cook Flores food" the other competitior says. Than time I see my students. They are:Mery, Monic, Gaby (P1A).

In evening we eat the "Rumpu Rampe" vegetable. The Flores food begin know by the other people<; I say in my heart.
