HOW TO ROTATE DESKTOP?

Today, Monday,  November 12, 2012.  I teach students 3A, 3B, 4A. On PC number 6, Devona complain that  her PC  troble because  the desktop rotate so oblique (tilt =oblique = miring). It'sproblem to study.I try to reoair but  fail.Than  I try  again. I move Devona to the other  Computer. Than I find  it.
