ANGRY TO STUDENTS

Wednesday, October 31, 2012.  I angry to  students Primary 5A. He is Juanito Jeremy Jamal(Juan). They P5A come late. I still teach Primary 5B. "Please wait in out until  students P5A complete,"I say to him but he  just as my disturb in front of the door. I come with angry  than hold  and pull  his crust  clothes. Than I pull him to class. Than he  exit  from  class  to their main class.
I ask to P5A to stand up nicely. Than I allow them to entrance.  Than Ms Hanna come. She handle the class. President of Class P 5A say apologize to me.  I try to explain to P 5A  and  P 5B why I'am angry. Than Mrs Hanna come to conformation  to me. I give explain to her. Than she discuss with me. "I'm very angy.They come late. While I teach, Juan just as  make gesture that I understand  poke(fun= contemtible = menghina).I very  provocation   so I hold  and pull  his crust  clothes and threatened (mengancam) to  hit (pukul) him.

Sunday, October 28, 2012.  The Catholic official on Saint Alfonsus I, Vila Mutiara  Gading choose me as  participant of cooker contess in frame  " World Day Food" (Hari Pangan Sedunia).  I agree. Mr dan Mrs Robert and family  very support with willing (rela) to borrow the equipment  of cook just as   stove (kompor), water, and the other equipment of cook. We bring together it to Church . On 12.00 we  start to venue of cook is Saint Albertus Church of Harapan Indah, Bekasi. My yeam had come. They are MrsPaulina and Ms Olivia. Mrs Paulina (from Java)  have husband from  Flores but had die.Mrs Olivia (from Ende) has husband from Ende but had die too. On 13.00 we start to cook. I help to cook vegetable " Rumpu Rampe". We make the Flores traditional food. How to make it?
1. Cook flower of papaya until half ripe  than move to the place. Than change water to cook the others
2. Cook  leaf of Cassava (singkong?)  that mix with "heart of babana. than move to plate.
3. Fried tomato, chily," .............), (ketumbar /laja),  ........... (sere,  "
4.Entrance the little fish (teri  asin)
5.Mix  ( 1- 4 material) on one  pan (crock = wajan=kuali).

Than we fried  salt fish, tempeh, tofu and   chily. We use  water of aqua  and 2 glassess.

Than we  serve  it. We use plate of Mr. and Mrs Aloy.

The Official consist 4 persons,  They are Father Nevy,SVD and Father Ramlan, SV  and 2 women as lay people (orang awam)
They taste our food. ""The Flores food usually use  hazelnut as cooking  seasoning ." a man says.
We no win. Enough people  come to taste our food. "There is Flores people that join on this competition. They cook Flores food" the other competitior  says. Than time I see my students. They are:Mery, Monic, Gaby (P1A).
Than we back to home.
I help to bring gas stove.
In evening we  eat the "Rumpu Rampe" vegetable.  The Flores food begin know by the other people<; I say in my heart.

Tuesday, October 30,  2012, Mr. Pras - friend teacher  of  JPS  - die. His  sons is  twin. One  of both  pass away   today. May be Mr. Prass and family always be give strong   and consolation (penghiburan). Some teachers and students (Junior) join on mass of soul.

VISIT MR. STEF PELOR'S HOUSE

On Thursday, October 25, 2012, Mr.Egy Tantono, Mr. Barnabas and I  went  to  Mr. Stef Pelor's house. It lies at Taman Harapan Baru (THB),Bekasi. We started on evening. We by motor cycle to there. We by pass Villa Mutiara Gading - Kampung Bogor - Penggarutan - THB - Mr. Stef Pelor's house. When we arrive there, we parking motor cycle on front of a home. Later  I  understand  that it is Mr. Stef  Pelor's  house. Mr.Stef has two  house there. I know him as rich people of Manggarai. We entrance  his house. No people on guest room. We sit down.Than Mr. Stef Pelor's wife come.  We by the way. "We went to JPS  on last time, when school time to enrollment (sign up= mendaftar)  our children. We had pay DP (down payment). The marketing staff said that please discuss with Mr. Egy if  you want get discount,"she  told. "Oh,.. it is still have time  to get discount because it is valid  during October 2012." we said.
Than they give  tea and coffee to us. We drink it. Than Mr. Stef Pelor come. We shake hand.We by the way.Mr.Stef accept us with  friendly (ramah). I spend much money  for  nomination (pencalonan)  but not success  too. I save one  car  for transportation  of  team. Tahn I send one car again when election time.  On  next  time I want to  nominate again. On year 2014 I join on  NASDEM.May be success.

Today, October 23, 2012. Mr. Eko visit   JPS to repair Computer. I teach at  Primary 1A when he come. He repair Computer especially Corel Draw.  I forget to check all computer that less the program Corel Draw and Ms Office Word. There is two  PC that I forget to write about software. Seldom my memory and brain  severe (parah). Please wise, Franck. Study hard.


When I teach Primary 1A and IB, the students seem noisy. Please  study how to handle class nicely, Franck.
On P1B i give change to Steven and Sarah as leader. They seldom  cruel (kejam) and sadistic (sadis) to punishment the friend. Andrew, I see  sad with this situation. Please improve management of class of  Franck.

MICKY'S THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION

HOW TO PEACE THE STUDENTS THAT SEEM HOSTILE

Monday, October 22, 2012. I have schedule to teach Primary 3B on 10.10 -11.20 am. When I entrance to Primary 3B room, I see  2  boys of student still play just as want to fight. Their  face show that just as hate one the others. They are hostile (bermusuhan). "This is  accident if they fight, it means as teacher I fail to educate them. So, how  is tricking to peace them?" I ask to myself. "I should be stop the lesson if they are still hostile (bermusuhan)," I say to myself. "Oh..., I know the way," say in my heart. The ways is I call both of students (Michael  Owen  and  Benyamin Smith) to come to front of class. "Owen  and Ben, please come in," I say. Please change me to teach the students. Ypu are teacher and  I as students," I say. "Greeting!" Lisa - captain - say to her class. "Good morning Mr. Ben. Good morning Mr. Owen", the students says while laugh (tertaw). Ben  and Owen  that seem  emotion (emotion) seem begin relax (rileks). They begin smile. They can  see and smile to each other. No see of  hatred (kebencian) now. They can discuss to handle the problem. "Oh.... this is method to peace the students," I say to my heart. I take over the time than I continue to tach them. DREAM MEET BISHOP

I  have dream.  It's becoming on Saturday morning, October 20,   2012. In my dream, I meet Bishop of Ruteng, Mgr. Hubertus Leteng,Pr. We discuss about call. He just as want me to join  again  to  seminary to become a priest. I'm just as shy. "What is sign that I am called  and  proper for it? I ask to him and to myself. Than I'm getting up in the morning. What is happening to me with this dream?

Today, Monday, Ocrober 22, 2012. Ms Yayan, the secreatary  of Primary school  come to  ICT Lab, place, I work. He bring paper and monry Rp 50.000. This money (Rp 50.000) is reward when  join on JPS  Open House on October 6, 2012. I'm very  happy. I get money. Thank you  JPS.

GET FREE LUNCH ALTHOUGH NO INVIGILATOR OF TEST

Saturday today. On this Saturday, October  20, 2012, I come  to John Paul's  School (JPS). At JPS there is enrollment test for new student for new academic year 2013/2014. I come to do my project just as  read news at internet. I do it. When I arrive in school the security open the ICT lab for me. I entrance. The other teachers  that invigilator (Mr. Aldo, Ms Hanna) see me. "Mr. Frans, there is food at teacher room," he says. Okay, thank you," I say.  I still  stay at teacher room. "Mr. Frans, there is food as lunch at teacher room, please come, why do you stay here? Ms Hanna says. "Oh... I do my project," I say. Than Mr. Ben  come. He brings box rice to me. Sir, had you lunch?" he ask. Oh... not yet," I say. "This is for you. This is quota for Ms Berni but she is absent today," Mr. Ben (principal of Primary ) says. "Thank you sir, I say. I eat when  break time. The menu consist of chicken, rice, vegetable . It is "Ayam Goreng Suharyati". I eat enough full. Than I read email  and reply it. I read email from Mr. Robert that give information that he is following Mr. SBY (president) than join to celebration 100 Catholic Church of Manggarai. The celebration become on Friday - Sunday, Ocrober 19-21, 2012.  I read news  about speech of president of SBY and Bishop of  Ruteng, Mgr. Hubertus Leteng, Pr.
Than I back to my  contract of home.

FIELDTRIP TO CAHEDRAL CHURCH AND PLANETARIUM TIM JAKARTA

JPS  student upper level ( Primary  4 - 6)  trip   to Cahdral  Church    Jakarta and  Planetarius  Taman Ismail Marzuki Jakarta. The nice trip.I get  new  knowledge from there. From Catheral,I knoe historythat Jesuit Ordonantion (SJ) ever work at Larantuka. There  was  apriest that die  because trhrown(tenggelam) at Lewotobi strait  because  Duthc (Belanda)  .... (kejar) him.I see that  photo at museum  Cathedral of  Jakarta . I see and know about glass  of)Kaca  Rosa Mistika + simbolmOther of  Merry). In Manggarai,at Wae rana  there is school of  Rosa Mistika  but just now I know  and understand  that  name (Rosa Mistika).
In Planetarium, I study about planet. We watch the  moving of Planet in the sky. The tripthat  fun. I sick when  arrive  at school. May be because  hypertension.In home  I sleep. Than get  up to  supper. Mr.Barnabas, Mr. Egy cook food  side dishes (lauk pauk) and  vegetable  today.

Now he ask  again and  ask continue, please  teach me how  to make  twitter,"he ask."Sorry,I'm still busy,  may be  in  next  time," I answer.  Today, I busy to study  photoshop :how  to make certificate that have background. I success make  it  but  not  success   to   edit photo and  size of  photo. I study  on internet but not yet success too. " May be in  next  time  I success" I say  in my heart. When finish  this  one I prepare my time  to study about twitter.I open internet  and study  it and  create  my account.I success. WHAT MEANS TEACHER

Saturday, October 6, 2012. John Paul's  School (JPS), Bekasi, West Java  celebrate open house. When i by pass  path of class at second floor, I hear cry of students. I see  some students. I see  Jazzy, students Primary 2. I approach to them. "Jessy, why do you cry?" I ask. She still cry. "Rico pokes (poke= mengolok)  me."Rico says that I love  him", she says  while cry. "Please entrance  to ICT room," I say  to them. Than I dialog  to them. I  assume (lap= memangku) Jazzy. "Please take the chair  and sit nicely," I say to them. Than I hear them. Rico  speak while play. "Stop played, give your ball to me," I ask. "Oh... i do not want  to give ball to you,"  he answer. I still  persevere (ngotot) to him. "Give the ball to  me, one, two, three.....," I say to  remember him. But, what his renponse? "Four, five, six,seven, eight, nine, ten....,"he answer. I seem  persevere (ngotot) to him, but he is  try to perserve (ngotot) too.  I regrat to Rico, but  this  situation  make Jazzy   stop cry, smile, laugh. I  regret  to  Rico  because he is naughty  and persevere. He is  creative child. I regrat to Rico  but I'm happy  to  because  make Jazzy  can smile  and  laugh. What means teacher? Teacher is people that can looking for solution  and   change sad  to happy.

Saturday, October 6, 2012. John Paul's  School (JPS), Bekasi, West Java  celebrate open house. The teachers, staff, students and committee of school synergy for it. On 07.00 o'clock  i  had  come. I come to gym. I help Mr. Didik  to set  the paper of name for customer that want promotion (e.g. BII, HSBC, Fuji Film, Kindergarten, Primary,Junior High School,Senior High School  Enrollment. I handle it nicely. I help students (P6) that want to make event to looking for money for Year Book 2012/2013. I try to give guide to them. Than I try to handle our task about ICT (Computer). "Please  call Ms Indri   to know position  of projector of LCD  and  in focus," Mr. Melsa says.  I looking  for  Ms  Indri at teacher room of  Junior High School (JHS). "Please ask Mr. Tomy about  Laptop for presentation,"Ms Indri says.I looking for Mr. Tomy. I find Mr. Tomy at ICT room that near with  Principal room."Ok, I prepare it," he says. In reality, Ms Indri there too. "Mr. Indri that help to operate  Laptop  for soneone that presentation," I say.
The JPS  Open House  choose theme: "Thrive and Shine with JPS".
The situation very crowded (ramai=busy = jazzy). Every level  (Kindergarten,Primary, JHS,SHS) prepare the  program (acara) for show  on stage.  There are Angklung, song,  modern dance. There is speech of Principal of JHS (Mr. Harjono,M.A), Mr. Pius (Director of Education), Mr...... (Director of Fuji Film),chief of  Foundation  Of  Bakti Harapan Bangsa (Ms Susi Arifin). The activity  lead  by JHS and SHS students, Aldy  and  Wulan. There are bazaar of food, dress,toys, game,  Seminar with theme: How tohandle students that difficult  to study? " Please communicate with students to hear him/ her, communicate with   teachers, and pray,"Dr. Rudy  try  to give  solution." Some  parent   students  ask  about  Competition (persaingan)beetwen brothers sisters  in  family: "How to make the competition become positive? " Melvin - Anabel, Elen, mother  ask. "The competition is properly . The parent,  teacher try to  lead student to become it positive, not negative," he answer. . Today I get  coupon for  lunch. I eat  somay. Mr. Dany,Ms Indri  and Mr....   sit down  on one table  on school of canteen. " How many money do you get  when sale game for Year Book Finance ?" I ask to Enrico as  chairman of Year Book Finance Primary 6. It is Rp 500.000," he answer. "Wow, wonderful,"I say. The JHS student  invite the teacher to buy their  material if sale just as  drinking, candy, biscuit, etc. "They  try to looking for money while  prepare themself  for show  at stage. Wonderful. They study  how  get  money since child.
The  other activity on  Open House  JPS 2012 are: Photography competition (by Fuji Film), Sale Form of Enrollment Student of  JPS  for Accademic Year 2012/2013 and Test Entrance of  new students  to JPS. When all of it  finish, the visitor (students, teachers, parents) see the show  of guest star is Elo. Elo is artist. He is hybrid (peranakan) Batak - Ambon. He is former  student  of  Mr. Pius when school at Don Bosco,Pulo Mas. Mr.Elo sings many songs. The students, parents enthusiasm when he action on stage. The Open House of JPS  success because all  visitor happy. Thrive and Shine  JPS.
