Pontifical Mass with Mgr. Ignatius Suharyo,Pr

On  Christmas Day (Hari Raya Natal), Sunday, December 25, 2011, we  (Mr. Marsel   Janggur) and  I)  go to  Cathedral  Church of Jakarta. Since Christmas 2003 until 2011, I done it at Cathedral Church of Jakarta. I always  try to  follow  mass that lead  by bishop. On this  time Bishop of  Arc Diocese  of  Jakarta says that celebrate Christmas means become light  of life. The original light is Jesus  Christ. Our life to  become light, just as Jesus. The other follower Jesus is Victor Frankl (neurolog  from Austria. He write book:  Man's  Search  of  Meaning. How to become  meaning to the  others?

We meet  with Mr. Ferdy Robin Dana, Ms  Florent. Ms. Florent is Mr. Jony's  darling. "For the first I celebrate Christmas  without  family," she  says. We by the  way.  We cancel to shake hand  with  Bishop because   we very slow while Bishop  want to give press  conference. "Please  come to home but not on morning because in the morning have special people (guest). It  prefer at afternoon," he says.

In the afternoon  I go to  Cikarang  together  Mr. Rony  and Mr.  Micky. We use public vehicle. We stop at  Tegal Gede. Mr. Leo  come  to pinch (jemput) us. He drives  car. We buy  rambutans. In Mr. Leo's  home  we by the  way. We supper  than rest.

On the evening  we watch TVRI. We see  dialog about Christmas. The guest is Father Mudji Sutrisno, SY, Father  Max  Regus,Pr,  Priest John...... (Protestan), Priest  Pdt.Gilbert Lumoindong.(Bethel Chuurch  of Indonesia). The Priest of Protestan very master (menguasai) theme. Father Maksi,Pr  seem idealism and not get exact answer to answer the question. . Mr. Beny Wardy  critic to  Father  Maksi  Regus,Pr, Arswendo Atmowiloto. (humanist).   The host today is Butet Kertaradjasa  (artis of Moslem). Father Maksi  from  Manggrai. He is  my senior  at  Major  Seminary  Ritapiret. Butet Kertaradjasa   speak nicely when become  host dialog interactive  on TVRI.

Christmas Message 2011

Saturday December 24, 2011. I mass  at parish of "Hati Kudus Tuhan Yesus"  Kramat,  Center of  Jakarta. I come almost late so no get chair. We stand up.  We mass  on almost 18.00. The speech  by Father  Peter Aman, OFM. He explain theme of mass: Nations that are running in darkness have seen agreat light "(Isaiah 9:1 a). Father Peter Aman, OFM  said: Darkness only think himself, not the  others. The people that stay on darkness   tend (cenderung)  selfish (egois) . It is become at Bima - NTB, Mesuji - Lampung / Jambi, Papua. The others  kill the others. Jesus  Christ  come to  give light in our  life. We shoud be become  light in our life  and community and country, Indonesia.


When mass  we  see  Mr. Egy and  family (Tore, Hugo), Ms Ina  and  family. Than we visit Sia that treat (rawat)   at  Carolus  Hospital. She is ill. Sia is Mr. Egy's  helper. She is sick  of appendix (usus buntu)  so need  operation. When finish mass we vist Ms Sia  at Carolus  hospital. We by the way. In hospital we meet  with  Mr. Eping  anf Mr. Rony. We by the  way. Than we back  to lodge.

GET PACKAGES FROM BROTHER

On January 15, 2012, I join on KKM (Komunitas Keluarga Manggarai)  mass  at Hall Marsudirini, Matrman Jakarta. I meet Ms Jeny Hamzah. "Brother, you have packages. Sorry, I don't know  your mobile phone" she says. Okay, than you. I will  come to take  it," I say. We by the way include about Mr. Tevy that had dead on last time (December  19, 2011). Mr. Tevy is Ms Jeny's  brother. We ever live together at  Golowelu I Primary school. "I will  take it on your lodge," I say.  I'm  curious (penasaran) who  is send  it to me. On  January 17, 2012, I call Mr. Beny, my brother. "Oh, yes,  we will  sent  it," he  said. Thank you," I say. Than I try to call Ms Marly about  Jeny's  number. She  sent   it to  me. The packed is  powder (bubuk) palm sugar. It is Manggarai sugar. I'm very  glad get this  package."I will take  it to Ms Jeny.

KNOW YOURSELF WITHOUT THE OTHER PEOPLE

Today, January 18, 2012. On 07.30 -08.30  we  teach  Kindergarten B. I come to Iren. I whisper (berbisik) on her ear. She unpleasant   smell  from my mouth. I know it from her  face and hand  that try to cash out (mengusir) unpleasant smell. "Oh, my  breath is bad smell," I think. In last morning I had wash of teeth. May be I looking for trick to avoid  it. Thank you  Iren  for your  critic. May be I can improve  it.

Get a Ride on a Bicycle with Mr. Rony to Mass of KKM

Sunday morning, January 15, 2012. I'm get up. I'm jogging at Cempaka  Indah. Than I  wash my motor cycle.  I do it simultaneously (serantak)   to clean floor and  terrace (teras). The rain  come again. I use  raincoat.  I had clean my motor cycle. I'm not willing  my motor cycle  direct  dirty  after washing. So  how? Today, we have KKM mass (Manggarai mass). Some brothers in our lodge want  to join, include Mr. Rony, my brother. "Rony, please join together ne," I say. He agree. I  get ride on motor cycle with him. He parking motor cycle at Marsudirini parking area. We entrance  Marsudirini Hall. We by the way. Mr. Leo  and  family  come too. They come from Cikarang. We mass of Manggarainese, discuss about Manggarai. When back,  I joint together Mr. Rony. Why I  join with Mr. Rony whereas I have motor cycle? For efficincy.

APPEARANCE CLASSICAL

I'm  shame to myself. I'm  Fransiskus  Jelata. I know that my appearance so classical when I appearance at Hall of Marsudirini, Matraman. I join at Manggarai mass  of  KKM (Komunitas Katolik)   Jakarta. I bring "Kepok". I  advanced  (maju) to say comment about  KKM. I use classical  shoes. I negligent (lalai) to polish (semir) my shoes. May be  I can improve  my appearance.  The mass  on  January  15, 2011. Father Peter Aman,OFM, Father Toby, OFM, Father Aloysius Gonsaga,OFM  lead  mass. The speech bring by Father Toby,OFM. He speech  nicely of Manggarainese. He is champion (jago)  and great (hebat) speak  on Manggarainese. "The Cibal people champion for Manggarainese. Father Peter,OFM  and  Father Toby,OFM   from  Cibal. Father Carolus  Djande,Pr come too. Mr. and Mrs  Edy Danggur;  Mr. and Mrs  Don  Marut  prepare the foods  of  bacon, nuddle, "Dojang". Dojang is Manggarai food that made from banan's heart (posok muku - Manggarainese) mix with  pig blood (darah babi) and the other  offal (jeroan). Ms Yosephina Vivi Syukur (Mrs Edy) make it nicely. We eat until  full stomach. I add food. Than in evening I bring 3 boxes it  to eat at lodge. I bring water and  "Kompiang" too. Kompiang is Manggarai  cake. We talk until evening at 18.30 am. Mr. Edy prepare "bir"  too. Enough much people that drink it except  (kecuali)  me.

FATHER CORNELIS GARU DEAD, SUNDAY, JANUARY 15, 2012

FATHER  CORNELIS  GARU  DEAD, SUNDAY, JANUARY 15, 2012   in  Wela,  Manggarai. He is almost 85 years old. I know  it when back to lodge  after  jogging  at  Cempaka  Indah.  Than we sms it to the other  brothers and  sisters. We order intention  when Manggarai  mass  at  Marsudirini hall  of  Matrman. May be father  Cornelis  happy in heaven. No one  child  of   wander  (merantau)  that go to Wela to  mourn (melayat) because it's  so  far  and situation bad because wet season. We collect money.

TRAPPED IN THE SCHOOL

I'm  Fransiskus  Jelata. I trapped (terperangkap)  at  school  on  January 16, 2012. The security lock the main gate. The electric  off. I knock the  main door. I need  time  to shout  to call them. That time about 19.30. Luck, the  securiity know because  hear my shout. For  me it's  important  to  work effectively, no waste  time  so can back on afternoon  not  on evening. Improve your  mentality of  work, Franc.

Good Luck Bad Luck Who Knows

I'm Fransiskus Jelata. I harry up to school  at JPS. In frontier (perbatasan) Jakarta - Bekasi, Jembatan BKT I turn to left. I drive my motor cycle. I want to turn to right  but..... I cancel it but the road for it already close. No road again to Pasar Modern direction. I still  spurs (spurs)  my motor cycle. I  hope have  branch  to the other place but
evidently (ternyata)  no brach again. I go ahead. I by pass village. "Oh... this is Jl. Karang Tengah. I ever by pass here," I say. I think it's  short  but  in reality it's make me long from place of  JPS, Bekasi. My journey very long  because  big jam. At Karang Tengah, the road  very narrow  while car  and  motor cyclle enough much. I late arrive in school at 08.00 am. Before go to school  I go to  stalls more  to  breakfast. I buy food  for  lunch. I pay Rp 10.000. In school  I meet  Mr. Pius. "SOrry, sir, I'm late. I get the big  jam". I say.
I turn to BKT  road  to short  time evidently long time  arrive at JPS.  Good Luck Bad Luck Who Knows.
