How about  condition my psychology? If I  stress  my psyche is down. My psyche  fragile (rapuh) if stress.  I do this when  students /parent / leader  complain  about  my policy / menthod / attitude. So, please manage if you are  try  to perfect. You should be perfect just as your Father in heaven, perfect available".

JPS INTERNET ERROR

Today,Friday,November 9, 2012, JPS internet  trouble. I want  to say  it to Mr. Tomy as technician. Mr. Tomy handleit. I hear he meet Mr. Pius.Mr.Pius  ask him  about  it. On afternoon (about 13.00 pm) I check the computer  can  internet.

 THE RIGHT THING (=HAL /BARANG/MAKANAN)  ON THE RIGHT PLACE

FRIDAY, November 9, 2012. I go to toilet of man on second  floor   on 15.00 o'clock: I see  on hole of toilet the material: rice, vegetable and tempeh. Full  on  hole. It  is  revolting (menjijikkan)  and   slovenly (jorok) .It is squalid (jorok).
On  November 8, 2012,I  see on same place: fruits (melon,papaya) had cut with  small.
On November 14, 2012, I see  papaya fruits there (on hole of toilet)
On November 16, 2012(Friday) I see  on  the  hole of toilet:  rice, fruits and  vegetable
On November 18,2012(Monday,) I see  piece  of Papaya, vegetable in hole of toilet.
On October 2012, on one  day, in same  place,I see  water  of aqua on  glass  plastic.
I twice meet  the hole of  toilet  full  with  fruits.

On November  27 (Tuesday), 2012,  I see  on  toilet  tofu  and  rice  in  hole  of  toilet.
On  November 13, 2012. I see vegetable (mustard (=sawi), egg, chicken, tofu)  on toilet .
You  come  here  to school, means  educate yourself  together friends to know   good than bad, right  than wrong. Growth become  the  good  and   right  students with put  things  on right  place. If you ever put the food or water  on hole of toilet or drain water, please remove.  Repent (bertobatlah)  please!.  Toilet for feces (tahi) and pee (kencing) only.

On January 8 and 10, 2013, I see on second floor of toilet:  papaya (piece of papaya).

IDEAS NEED DEVELOP

Idea to write on Blog:

1.       Creative fried  Fish use newspaper as fire because land oil on stove finish – July 2012 at W25 together  Rony. Work together.

2.       Creative cook vegetable use rice cooker because the gas finish – together Mr. Barnabas,Nov 7, 2012. Looking for gas on early morning. Find. Than continue to fried fish of ….. (asin)

3.       The right thing on right place: No put food / drink on hole toilet. The students  seldom  do it (on October 2012.

4.       Absent  to meeting at Optima, Nov 7, 2012. Why I had start  but because drop on at  Bank (BNI, BRI, BCA)  so  long.  The fee of  send money (from  BNI  to  BRI  is Rp 30.000). On BRI    Rp 5.000. Than I cancel  to Optima. I’m perplexing too. May be because hypertension. I pray at Saint Albertus Church. Than I back to school  on almost 17.20. I call Rinus. He work at Sunter / Jatinegara / Slipi now. “I get about Rp 100.000  per day,”he said

5.       Discipline important: I lose money amount 300.000  because  late to  submit it to Optima. I sick and go to hospital. I late to process  it  so I lose the money Rp 300.000. Be fast on responsive, Franck (Imun call me on November 3, 2012).

6.       Forget permission letter  on  Secretary room. Whereas it given to security.

7.       How to use time effectively. I use much time to read news (sport / soccer)

8.       I  reflection why my  company pay  low  to me? How about my  quality? How to get  big salary? 7-11-2012

10.   Dream:Just as have party  at  home. Who is died? Father  Gaspar, Ms Katarina……. (Fanus’s  mother, Mrs Karna) – Just as do on way. See  Mr.Alex  with car / motor cycle  but  he just as not see me.SO I left  car. What’s  happen? Is it mean that I fail to Optima  on Nov 7, 2012?

11.   Watch soccer soccer. I get up on 0:000. It’s  very  hot. I exit  persperation. Than I sleep again. I get up on 03:00 am. I watch  soccer of Champion, Madrid  vs  Borosia Dortmund. It’s sore 2 – 2. Madrid almost lose.

12.   I have dream: nOVEMBER 9, 2012.  The situation at Wela. I drive motorcycle of Suzuki. I arrive  in front of Mr. Wilem Waru’s house. I parking motor cycle at near Mr. Ben Slamat’s house. In Mr. Wilem’s house have dogs. I see the black and white. The name mab be  Wiski or Piara.  The dog is big and high. The dog want to strike me. I challenge it. I prepare myself. I take stone or  wood  surround.  The dog not …… (gigit) me. It just as  jump fly  up  me.

WHO AM I ? INTROVERT PEOPLE?

1.       Who Am I?   Am   I   introvert  people? May be.  Please scrutinize (simak) this event that become real experience.

·         May be class 4 Primary that time. The location is at Golowelu I, Manggrarai, Flores, NTT, Indonesia. It means it  became  on year 1984/1985. May be Ms Elly Pangul / Ms Yuliana Maria Ju /Ms  Lidvina Inul  as teacher on the class.  The teacher ask me to take  something  at office of school / teacher  room. I entrance.  I see there Mr. Yan Hagang, the waiter of school. I looking for it without ask to Mr. Yan  or the staff teachers there. I take a bench than go up there to see thing that the teacher need. I’m just as confused (bingung). I’m not  understand about  the   instruction (Take what, where, ask to who, how to take). I only rely (mengandalkan) ready attitude to do. This is the  result. I confused. I  looking for  and search without ask to Mr. Yan or the other teacher staff. Mr. Yan Hagang  read my condition. He educate me: “Student, this is not your home that can you do as you like. This is school  that have teacher staff. If you need something, please ask to teacher staff in order to clear  to you. Do you  understand? He give conference to me. Than he help to looking  for it. Finally I success to do it. I’m  rely   myself.

•     When Competition of Social Studies at Ruteng, may be on year 1985, I sleep at Mr. Simon Batas family  house  at  Rowang - Ruteng. Mr. Simon Batas is  our Principal. He has the first child is Mr. Ansel Batas. Mr. Ansel work at Ruteng. When we  go to Ruteng that time - for Social studies competition - we sleep at Mr. Ansel  Batas  home. In the evening I pee (urinate) at  mat (tikar) and  blankets (selimut). I have often to pee at home. This  condition I'm not say to Mr. Simon  Batas  and  his  family. I'm shame.May be they regret to me.  That time we on foot  from terminal to Rowang. We by pass Wae Locak, Saint Petrus School. Than we move of  house. We go to Mr. Yan Oja (?) at Tenda, near SMP  Bagung. Mr. Yan Oja  from Rego. He is  often  come to Golowelu to control of school. . When Competition I only get  number 2. The number one  may be  from Karot school.  Our competition is at Cunca Lawar  School. Ricky  and I delegate  from Golowelu school.

·         One year again, on year 1985/1986, I went  to Cancar. My first brother, Mr. Beny school at Surya Cancar Senior High School  that  time. I visit him at their hostel (asrama). He stay  together  some brother from  Porong Tedeng (Mr. Laurens, Mr. Darius). Beside visit my brother, Mr. Beny I go to Cancar to shooping  of  dress. I entrance to  to shop of Chinese. I buy 2 dress. I buy it  without say it to Mr. Beny.. I buy it  before  to to Mr. Beny’s hostel      ( asrama) . Than I  back to Wela.  At home  I show the new dress. “Wow…. Evidently it is women’s  dress. I’m regret. Than  on some  week after it, Mr. Beny know that I shoping  dress at Cancar  but con communicate with him  as senior brother.  And I ‘m  buying   dress  not properly, buy the women’s dress  not  boy’s dress. Mr. Beny angry when he went to home at Wela  later. Wow, I’m  not  open. I’m not build good  communication  with the others. Why? May be I’m not  make busy to the other  but with it  I’m not  open with the others. So, wrong. Improve your communicate trick, Franck

·         When holy of school on year  1989/1990, I went  to Terang. What for? I want  to  help  father that still busy  with  harvest (panen)  of rice field). I want  to take the  rice (beras) that still become  credit  from school of Saint  Clauss – Kuwu.  When finish harvest,  Father  and I  dry the paddy  (padi) than  grind (giling) it in order to the  rice (beras) can bring to school. We grind (giling) at Teko / Bolas. When entrance the paddy  (padi) to machine, Mr. Monal Ngabut  available there.  I shame to ask him  to help  me. He see my difficult. He come to help. May be he disappointed (kecewa) with me because not  open. “Please say  if  you  want to get help  from the other  people, not only  silent. If you open, people can help  you, on the other hand if you silent  people don know you need  help,” he says, while help me to  bring the paddy  (padi)  on  sack  (karung)

·         The time to bring rice  (beras)  to Saint Clauss  come. Father  and I fill it. We  make it so full. We use  wood / iron to make it so   full and solid (padat). Than we saw (jahit) it. Evidently, I saw not exactly the position on side of sack (karung) so it is see  not tidy up. The side position of  sack (karung) opposite, so the position on car not good. The crew of bus  complain it when entrance and set it on car. When put on car, it’s difficult  because the position of  side of sack  (Karung) not exactly, but diagonal.. I hope can get cheap (murah)   cost but evidently (ternyata) the driver (Mr. Sui (owner of car) still  ask high of cost. I drop the rice at Wela than I continue  to  Kuwu. I hope the rice that I drop at Wela not know  by Mr. Sui (Pelita Mas driver) so no need  to pay  it  but evidently he know it. Mr. Sui   delivery me to hostel (asrama) at Saint  Clauss. I ‘m not open to Mr. Sui about the total of  rice (beras) in order to   cheap (murah) on pay the  car, from  Terang  to Wela -/ Kuwu. Evidently Mr. Sui still remember rice (beras) that I drop  at Wela. He still ask about  cost  of  it. I pay too. I’m not  open  my mouth  to say the truth. In the end I’m harm (rugi) too.

• When study at High  Seminary of Ritapiret, I ever  get experience that very shy me.It become on 1994/1995. The day is Sunday. We can go out  from  campus. I  want  to  go  to Lela. We use public vehicle .May be  Gemilang  bus. My weak is  drunk (mabuk). Drunk is  hell (neraka) of world  for me.If go  out, I often  worry  because  this  reason.So,I can  go out  if  it so very  important. On this  Sunday, I  went  to Lela. I use  bus. The condition very full with passenger. I sit down. I drunk. I'm not  say to the others about  it. In way  I  gag (muntah)on the other passengers. They not complain, may be because  know me as   brothers (frater).May be respect to  me.  My dress  get  gag (muntah) too.I wash  it  at Hospital of Saint  Elisabeth  of  Lela.  May  be that  time  I want to meet with  Lely.Because not  open I get  shame.Improve yoursel,Frank.
• Case at JPS on three years ago. I late to say to Mr. Pius (Principal)  about  ICT problem (student's open porn website on internet). Mr. Pius regret to me.
• So slow: May be I'm so relaxed (santai). Because this attitude  I often late  to chuch, school, to meeting. I often late to do anything. 
•  Nervous if get hard sound.  Friday, November 30, 2012. The Junior  students, Brigita Calista (JHS 7)   come   to  ICT  room  to print  their  work.Than she sneezing (bersin). It's make  me  shock.I remember  my characteristic  that  I'm  shock  if get big  sound  (include  horn (=klakson)  of  car  that  come suddenly (tiba-tiba). This  one  of  my  weak.
• Nervous if have problem ( be call leader) if have case (in school, office, by phone).
• Memory seldom blank (need time to remember)
• Not focus on main duty (more time to read news: kompas.com, detiksport.com)
• Greedy with news (internet)
• Postpone works 
• At ease with the situation . I work at Optima. Only me on my level / force (angkatan) that hold last (bertahan) at PT Optima Solusindo Informatika. Mr. John, Mr. Sahala, Ms Riri, Ms Ika already move to the other place. Whereas Optime pay me with  minimum wage (upah). I very ease (like=betah) at Wisma 25, Cempaka Putih since 2003 - 2012. I come from there to work at school Christo I - Citra Garden - Cengkareng. Than to school Saint James (Yakobus - Kelapa Gading),  than school of  JPS - Bekasi.
• Like established (kemapanan) of economic. Reluctant (enggan)  to change.
• Seldom greedy (rakus) and egoism 
• Reluctant (Enggan ) to invest. I only have few book. I only hope the free facility. I seldom buy book.
• Like to handle work on the  end  time. Relaxed in beginning and speeding  at the end  time. Start  late so finish the end / late.
• Economical (irit)
• Underestimate the work and like to postpone the  work.
• Like repair (dress, shoes, etc).

JPS’ year 2010/ 2012.

The students Primary 4 have problem. They open porn picture. They are Mario, ,Davin. It is troubling (meresahkan) class. The students complain to parents. Parents  complain to homeroom teacher, Counselor teacher than to principal. The homeroom, counselor and Principal call me. I explain it. The Principal (Mr. Pius) disappointed  to me because  not  open to him. “Why I hear  from students parents first not  from you. If have problem, please  speak with me. Build  good communication” he says. Please be open your mind, Franck.

• So  saving (hemat). 

1. When Christmas holiday when junior high school, my  senior brother  warning me because use simple dress when go to Church to celebrate Chistmas. My heart cry that time. I revolt (memberontak) and complain: Why you priority the dress not spirit? " complain in my heart that time.
2. When Junior High school. Mr. Maxy Mbangur warning me on one afternoon. " Do you no the other a  dress again?" he ask. I'm cry
3. When grade V at High Seminary Ritapiret, Mr. Egy (now father / priest) critic me, because so poor. I'm crying.
4. On November 2012, Vaninda (Ninda) Yvonne Popang (Primary 1A, 6 years) critic me."You are always use the same cloths. 
5. On July 2012, at Surabaya, the crew bus of Dunia Mas ask me to take a bath and change cloths.
6. On August 2013, I wear the same dress since  from Terang, Manggarai  until to Jakarta. I only take a bath but not change  of dress especially  clothes (baju) and pants (celana panjang).
7. If I teach I exit  saliva (air ludah). The students often complain. "You are squirt (muncrat).
8.  The memory seem disturb (forget to take something, remember something). God help me.
