Water in VMG - Harapan Indah - Bekasi be served (dilayani) oleh Drinking Water Threatment (Perusahan Air Minum - PAM) . Sometimes the water is clean. I can use it to cook rice but seldom very dirty, many mud. Other than that (selain itu) sometime not flow, dry. I often complain, if customer neglect (lalai) , e.g. late pay get punishment (there is additional cost (biaya tambahan) but while management neglect (lalai), just as the water not flow. For example.
On Tuesday morning, December 12, 2017, the water not flow in my home.
While when the costumer pay the many value still okay, not increase. How? Where is justice (keadilan).
