During drive motor cycle at JAKARTA - BEKASI I often get ticketed (tilang) from traffic cop (polisi lalu lintas). I often violating (melanggar) traffic rules so the traffic cop (polisi lalu lintas) ticketed me. The ticketed cop ever ticketed at red lamp, Jl. Ahmad Yani of Rawasari .My mistake is break through road markings -( menerobos marka jalan) and no driver license (SIM), Jl. Both of this I entrance the land court (pengadilan negeri) of Central Jakarta at Jl. Gajah Mada. Usually we wait 2 week after event of ticketed that we entrance court (sidang pengadilan) to violating traffic rules. Violating fine (denda) about Rp 50.000- 100.000. If we come on time, we pay Rp 50.000. The situation of court is noisy and bustle (hiruk pikuk). If we late the officer of of court give it to pander. The pander ask more expensive because we come late.
I ever ticketed (tilang) at Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan. The traffic cop ask me driver license. I hav not it. I entrance to Court of land (pengadilan negeri) East Jakarta at Pulo Mas. I ever violating Pupar - Cakung at Jl. Raya Bekasi .My violating are no driver license and break through road markings -( menerobos marka jalan). I pay about Rp 100.000. One moment the police of Cakung not submit it to Court of land of East Jakarta so I ask it at Kebun Nanas - Jl. Ahmad Yani, near Mpu Tantular university. I pay about Rp 50.000. Than I ever tivketed at Bekasi - Kota Patriot - Kali Malang Bekasi, west Java. Mt violating is forget on the lamp. Traffic cop agile know my false. I violating two articles (pasal) of Crimal Code (KUHP). I entrance to Court of land of Bekasi at near Bekasi Station. I pay almost 100.000. Out of Jakarta the fine (denda) violating is expensive. The process is so long. Than I ever ticketed at Jl.Raya Bekasi. I go to Penggilingan - near Wali Kota east Jakarta. I pay about 80.000. I ticketed at Tugu Tani - Menteng - Central Jakarta. Why? The motor cycle plate of number is out of date (April 2013). I entrance to station house (pos polisi). We negotiation. I pay Rp 100.000. Since that time I repentance to drive motor cycle to Jakarta / long place. I only use my motor cyle to near distance. If go to far place I use public vehicle.
