Pebruari...... 2014 - I feel my heart is sick . Is this heart attack?
February 25, 2014, at 12.45, I feet my heart is sick / painful (nyeri). Is this early heart attack (serangan jantung). Lord please help me to handle this disease (penyakit). In last morning I have bad dream that mom of Regina is die. What is happen with this dream if net with my health? Please help me Lord/ I'm nervous, afraid but I resigned (pasrah). Lord, please help me.

I go back to home of rent at VMG Gading. My situation now not fresh. I supper. I feel my feet and hand not good. I'm sleep. I feel not good too. My organs (feet, hand) feel not good. My think and brain imagine (membayangkan) disease (penyakit) of stroke (stroke). I'm so anxious (cemas). I get up again. I take massage (minyak) urut. I massage by feet by myself. Than I ask to Mr. Dami. He help me to do it. I feel better. I can sleep. Please help me Lord.

Thursday, March 20, 2014. I type blog. I experience just as disturb on my heart. Before it just as shoot on top of penis. I think diabetes. I go to toilet. When pee no sick. It means not diabetes but may be heart attack. I feel my foot is cold. Wow...... Lord, please help me.
Saturday, March 22, 2014. I go to Saint Carolus hospital to check up my health. I consultation with general doctor. He is Wiliam . I check my condition of blood sugar condition on my body. The nurse help me. I get 130. It means normal. Than I check up heart beat (detak jantung) / record of heart (rekam jantung). For the first I do this. I sleep with face to up that the tools put on my chest. The record almost 15 minutes. Than I wait the result. Doctor says that my health of heart and blood sugar still normal. I'm very happy because I anxious (cemas) my condition of health especially my heart. Obviously the doctor say to me I get ulcer (maag). It means my side is broken. "Wow... because I so saving (hemat). I eat on the morning than on evening supper at home. My pattern of food not good. It's make me ulcer (maag). I get medicine from doctor. I pay Rp 266.000. I promise to control pattern of food. No eat of salt and chilly while bring food to school, jogging / sport in the morning. I go to Paseban market to buy place of food. There I buy hanger too, I buy place to bring food, spoon, looking for headband (destar). I looking for headband (destar) so long but not find it. On Paseban market I see the police eat of lunch at kiosk of food at Paseban market. I buy papaya Rp 3.000. I eat it. I continue my journey to Senen. I on foot. I cross at Pal Putih shelter. There I meet beggar of man that disable (cacat). I give coin Rp 500 to him. I go to Kwitang area. I'm lunch there. I pay Rp 10.000 for rice, food, fish. I come to BCA Bank. I transfer money Rp 5.000.000 (five millions) to Michael Pandu. I pay insurance of Prudential and installment (cicilan) to cooperative of CUBG, Rp 50.000. Than I entrance to Atrium Senen. Enough long time I'm not entrance there. I want to search of headband (destar). From one gallery to the other gallery I come but I fail to find it. I by pass on bridge of cross of Senen that already place of marketing / shop to sale of material. Wow... the people use the place very effectively. Than I continue my journey to Church of Cathedral of Jakarta to mass. I join on afternoon mass.

He become witness (saksi) of Jesus Christ. Than many people believe to God (Jesus Christ - not because his proclaim but they have person experience with Jesus. Spirit of Jesuit Conggregation (Ugnatian spirit) follow the Samaria women. "Jesus bigger while me smaller". (John 4: 5-42). This is spirit of empowerment (pemberdayaan).--- At Cathedral Church at near altar there are two statues (patung) of saints : Saint Ignatius and Saint Francis Xaverian ( proclaim Gospel up to Maluku, SX founder?). I come to Church / place of mass on time (before mass)
Mr. Hila contact me. When finish mass I go to Cempaka Putih. Mr. Hila wait me. He want to help me to massage me. I use Metomini 47. I pay Rp 3.000. I on foot to Wisma 25. I meet with my brothers, Mr. Hila. In evening he massage me.
Sunday, March 23, 2014. I stay at Wisma 25. At afternoon / evening I discuss with Hedvy / Lipus about Gospel that proclim today. I share what I hear from Cathedral church abour Samaria women. She is sinner but she dare to proclaim Jesus Christ.
I went to Puncak. I join on group that lead by Mr. Sofyan. I pay Rp 150.000. We start on 05.00 from saint Albertus Church. We take passaner at Saint Antonius Ottista, Jakarta. We arrive at Lembah Karmel, Cikanyere, Cipanas / Cianjur on 09.00.
Wednesday, July 1, 2015. I get cold (pilek) when at Wela. May be because cold (pilek). I forget to bring handkenchief. I use dress to clean snot that liquid and melt (meleleh). This is embarrassing (memalukan).
Friday, July 17, 2015. I check my health condition at Surabaya terminal. It is free in frame Eid Al - Fitr (Idulfitri). My blood pressure is 165 /...."Wow... it is so high. May be during holiday I eat much beacon so my pressure of blood is high. I get medicine from Surabaya post homecoming (posko mudik Surabaya).
When arrive at Jakarta / Cikarang on Sunday, July, 19, 2015 I check press of blood at Ms. Fifi's (Juan's mother house). Mt peresure of blood is 170 /..... "May be because I'm tired because journey from Flores to Jakarta," I say.
Than on Sunday, August 9, 2015, I check up again. My blood pressure is 175 / . Wow..... this risk. The docter of Faridz give medicine at JPS School because check up there. Dr. Faridz give CAPTOPRIL medicine of tablet. It is free check up. This is check up special for Flores people. Docter Faridz want to make research with Flores people as samples. Mr. Ben Ayung, Mr. Niko, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Bento and I check up today. Mr. Ben Ayung and I get hypertention. I'm higer that Mr. Ben Ayung on blood pressure. Wow... be carefully, Frans.
Sunday, August 16, 2015 I check up again at Cipayung. My blood pressure is 149.
I get cold since today. Than I buy medicine of cold but not effectively. Than I buy the other medicine of cold. It is help me. I looking for handkerchief too. I ask in alfa mark and Indo mark but none. I ask on kiosk. None too. Finally I get and find at kiosk at near Perapatan Bogor, . I buy two handkerchief. After drink the medicine the snot (ingus) stop. I'm happy.
Monday. February 1, 2016. I go back late to home. The sky cloud. When I go back the rain come. It is the big rain. Although use raincoat and plastic I'm wet too. I'm forget to bring jacket, so the rain direct touch dress and skin. In the evening I get cold. May be 2 week I got cold. I'm not drink medicine. Than the cold recovered.
Tuesday. March 21, 2018. I'm cough (batuk). Today Thursday, March 22, 2018 I want to go to the doctor to get medicine.
On May 1, 2018, I go to the doctor in Kampung Bogor to get medicine. The doctor check me include my blood press is 120 / 90 . "The blood press is normal," he said. "Thank you doctor. I'm very happy because before my blood pressure reach 170. "please sleep enough , keep the diet (jaga pola makan), avoid stress and spoort," he said. Than I get medicine. I pay IDR 50.000
Monday, April 8. 2019/ I get accident of motor cyle in Kmpung Bogor, Setia Asih, Tarumajaya, Bekasi. I want to go back to school after visit or stop by (singgah) in home. I want to buy powdered powder (bedak bubuk) of MBK. "Non here," the owner of kiosk said, than I start my morot cycle. I'm not see to back. When I drive a motor cyle come to near me. It horn (klakson). I'm shock. I try to avoid accident. I'm lose of balance. I'm fall down, slam (banting) to left. The motor cyle hit and oppressive (menimpa) my leg. I pull it. I'm feel sick. My motor cycle lying down (tergeletak in land). My handphone thrown off Terlempar). I try to pick up (memungut) it. My troussers muddy (berlumpur). There is man help me. I get up. Than I sit on the bank in front of kiosk. A man help me. He lift my motor cycle. I'm forget to give thanks to him. I'g regret. Than owners kiosk coe. They are women. We by the way. I collect my things, include handphone. "What will I do? " I ask. "Better I I go to the doctor to get treatment (pengobatan). I drive motor cycle. My left leg still sick. I force to can press the gear of motor cycle. I arrive in Policlinik (poliklinik). I dialog with docter. The doctor check my blood pressure." It is 120/90." he said. Than I check my uric accid. "It is 7,3. It is hinger, while the normal condition 3,5 -6,5," he said. I shoul be give attention about it. Than I pay. "Please pay IDR 60.000." he said. "Sorry doctor, my money only IDR 50.000. "It does not matter," he said. Thank you doctor. The doctor give receipt, recipe copy (copy resep) than medicine. "I these medicine include fo pain and awelling (bengkak)," I ask to him. : Yes, both," I said. "Thank you doctor. Than I go home. In home I take the hot water than compress and massage (pijat) . I use towel and hot water in order to the muscle (otot) that rigid (kaku) become bending (lentur). Than I sent message to Mr. Mario that I permission to policlinic to get threatment (obat). I wash my trousser that muddy. Than I start to school. Before I refill fuel to Pertamina Kampung Bogor, Setia Asih Tarumajaya Bekasi. I refill IDR 10.000. Than I go back to school. Than I lead Ms. Sisca to input data to DAPODIK system. She success in put three students the system. Than I go back. I meet with Mr, Mario. We by the way. Than I continue to go to the teacher room. I continue do my duty.
