I get up early. May be I get up on 05.00 am.I prepare myself. I take a bath.I get up according my program on last night /evening. I'm happy with it. I prepare myself to school. Today I have program to join on ICT Seminar at Surya University, Gedung 01 Scientia Business Park, Jl.Boulevard Gading Serpong O/1, Summarecon serpong, Tangerang - Banten - Indonesia.
I finish take a bath. "Am I need breakfast or no?" I ask to myself. "No need to breakfast because it is make long that make you late, leave of car to join on seminar at Surya University. Usually I breakfast before I start to school.But now, I decide no breakfast in order to arrive on time at school."We promise to start at 06.00 from school of JPS to Surya University at BSD Tangerang. I drive motor cycle after use batik, pants (celana panjang), shoes. I use dress tidy up today. I arrive at school on 05.45 am."Sir,do you see Mr. Eko- driver - ?" I ask to security. "Oh, yes, he already goes to pick up (shelter(=menjemput) expatriat teacher," he answer. Do you see Mr. Ben?" I ask again. "Yes, he is already coming," he answer. I'm worry perhaps (jangan-jangan) missed / behind the car to BSD Tangerang. I'm relieved (lega) when know that Mr. Ben Ayung (Principal) still at school. I go to Lab of ICT. I prepare my labtop. Than I go to Mr. Ben's room. Than we go to school yard to wait car. We wait long. I go back to lab to take agenda to write the summery of seminar. We wait enough long. Mr. Echo and JPS car arrive on 06.50 am. Almost one hour we wait JPS car. Mr. Tomy (JPS IT staff, Ms Keisya - biology teacher of SHS - Mr. Ben Ayung - Principal of Primary - and I start to BSD. We by pass Harapan Indah- Jl. Raya Bekasi - Kanal Banjir Timur - Cakung station - Jl. Gusti Nggurah Rai - Bintara - gate of Toll Bintara - Jati Asih - toll of JORR - Serpong-BSD - BSD Junction - Teras Kota (?) - Cinema XXI, Serpong Plaza, Jl. Raya Serpong Km 10, Jl. SKKI BSD - Kampung Aer - bridge- the river old yellow of concentrated (pekat) - Summarecon - Jl. Boulevard Gading Serpong. Mr. Ben ask to security about Surya University. The security is Kletus Kaju. "You are from Bajawa, aren't you?" Mr Ben ask."Yes, I'm from Bajawa. Whyyouknow me from Bajawa?" he ask. We go on. "We know you from Bajawa see your name," I say in my heart. "Please you go there, straight from here than turn to right. You go to Papua school,"he says. "Oh.., yes, Mr. Ben says. We find the place. We see some Papua students. We get information more from security about place of seminar. We entrance. We see Betsaida hospital, Universitas Multi Media Nusantara, tahn we entrance to Surya University, Gedung 01 Scientia Business Park, Jl.Boulevard Gading Serpong O/1. We registration. We get snack and handout. Than we entrance the seminar room. The seminar already start. We arrive on 09.00 am. We are late 1 hour because the meeting start on 08.00 am. We are drink while hear presentation. Mr.Budy Chang, S. Kom., M.M. give presentation. The topic of Seminar is "Preparing Students for 21st Century.
"The world just as big village because globalization. We should be have global awareness for better life. In base on technology, we need make link, community to share learning material to next generation. We can make it use blog. We should be follow example of Wikimedia that willing to share. With written we create immortality (keabadian). Please create joy learning. You can use software example Scratch. This software is programming learning. We can make workshop to explain Scratch (concept and tools). Mr. Budy teachhow to make application when use Scratch :people jump and open the straddle legs; heading the ball, on -off electric -lampand batteray - . "We shoul be teach programming our students since kindergarten or primary," Steve Jobs says. This is important to handle decrease of programmer. Apple, Face Book, Microsoft, Android it is produck of work the programmer. The student can become programmer if the teacher teach it. "We can start teach programming teaching for student, include Primary use Scratch."he says. "We already teach it to students since one year ago,"I say to Mr. Ben and Mr. Tomy.
Mr. Budy exercise us about programing lesson for simple example. He use sequence, Selection / If,Grouping /Lupping (pengulangan) - / Lubing/ Codeble. For joy leraning the teacher should be prepare nicely. Completeness (ketuntasan) of study should be become at school,not at home with prepare so many home work to students. Indonesia less of programming. We only user. India have many programming. Why? The India government have awareness and commitment that the teacher should be professional in order to can teach student with professional too. The India people seem more confidence (percaya diri) than us (Ndonesian) about English.
The Indonesia teachers seem not creative. If ask to draw view, certainly can be guess (tebak). Certainly drawone of 5 components below:
- Mountain
- Beach
- Bird
- Sun
- Tree
Why not draw car, plane, computer, building, etc.
The seminar stop at 11.00 am.Mr. Ben shake hand with Mr. Budy. Evidently (ternyata) they ever work together at Batam. We get the certificate. The official work smart and fast. Surya University want to make seminar again on 9- 15December 2013.

When on way when go to BSD I sms Ms Indri to fax thepaper data of JPS students to Optima. I delegate my task to team. Simultan I permission to team.

** Reflection: Prof. Yohanes Surya ever work at Universitas Multi Media Nusantara (UMN) Serpong. Than he resign (mengundurkan diri) than establish (mendirikan) new institute, Surya University. This is good example to me. When do I establish myself institute / company to employ myself and the other people so no need wander (merantau) eternal (abadi)? Prof. Surya ever work at America. Than he go back to Indonesia. When I go back to Wela and furnish (menyiapkan) employ myself and the others? When Am I become businessman (pengusaha) not become eternal (abadi) employee (karyawan)? I should bepromise to myself to become businessman. Follow Professor Yohanes Surya example.
I rely on the food / snack when seminar at Surya University for breakfast and lunch today. I'm hungry.Lucky I have water (at teacher room and bring from seminar) and snack from seminar. I breakfast at Surya University and continue to eat it at JPS building (ICT room). I go back on 17.00 pm. I'mlunch at afternoon. I eat use tomato, fish and tempeh because Mr. Dami not cook vegetable yet.
Than we by the way. The rain come. LuckyI already arrive at home. Than I take a rest.
