Dear teachers and staffs,
Berdasarkan program kerja Yayasan tahun 2024-2025, yang tercantum dalam
kalender akademik,
Yayasan merencanakan untuk mengadakan kegiatan outing yang
diikuti oleh seluruh guru dan
staff John Paul's
School. Salah satu tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mempererat hubungan antara
staff, guru,
dan juga memperkuat kerjasama antarunit.
Menindaklanjuti hal tersebut, kami, PIC yang ditunjuk, telah
berusaha
mempersiapkan
kegiatan tersebut dengan sebaik-baiknya.
Agar kegiatan outing dapat berlangsung dengan baik,
berikut kami sampaikan beberapa informasi terkait kegiatan
ini :
1.Tema
: “Uncovering Jogjakarta : A Trip to Remember”
2.Waktu :
15-18 Desember 2024
3.Tujuan :
- Lava Tour Merapi (B)
- Waroeng of Raminten (L)
- Malioboro (D, B)
- Candi HKTY, Ganjuran
- Hutan Pinus, Mangunan (L)

- Green Garden Ramayana Resto (D)
4.Kendaraan
: Bus AC, seat 2-2, non toilet
5.Penginapan
: Adaro Homestay (lebih kurang 1 km dari kawasan Malioboro)
6.Peserta
diharapkan dapat mengikuti seluruh acara yang telah dipersiapkan,
berangkat dan pulang bersama-sama
menggunakan kendaraan yang telah disediakan,
dan
menginap juga di tempat yang telah disediakan.
7.Yayasan
menyediakan beberapa doorprize untuk peserta.
8.Peserta
diharapkan selalu mengikuti arahan dari PIC/panitia.
Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan :
1.Peserta
diperbolehkan menggunakan kendaraan sendiri dengan terlebih dahulu
memberitahu
PIC
kegiatan, mengisi form, dan memperhatikan jadwal kegiatan.
2.Peserta
diperbolehkan mencari penginapan sendiri dengan terlebih dahulu memberitahu
PIC kegiatan,mengisi form, dan memperhatikan jadwal kegiatan.
3.Peserta
diperbolehkan memperpanjang kegiatannya dan tidak turut kembali ke JPS dengan
terlebih dahulu memberitahu PIC kegiatan dan mengisi form.
4.Peserta
perlu mempersiapkan biaya untuk keperluan-keperluan pribadi yang tidak
ditanggung. Yayasan menanggung semua tiket masuk tempat wisata, makan 6 kali
sesuai jadwal, snack 1 kali, pop mie 2pcs/peserta, air mineral, bus, dan
penginapan.
4.Pakaian
secukupnya dengan tetap mengikuti norma-norma kesopanan (bebas dan sopan)
5.Uang
pecahan kecil (diperlukan di beberapa toilet berbayar)

Vulcano Tour - in Sleman - Penginapan di Tegalrejo, Kec. Tegalrejo, kota Yoyakarta - Gereja Hati Kudus Tuhan Yesus Ganjuran Bantul - Hutan Mangunan Bantul - Heha Bukit Kenongo Gunung Kidul - Wonosari - Pusat oleh-oleh ..... Yogyakarta - makan malam di .........., pulang ke Jakarta. Kami menggunakan 3 bus: Sumber Ayam. Tiba kembali di JPS 18 Desember 2024, pkl 07.30 am.
December 2018: All foreign teachers (expatriate teachers) get check document from immigration department. There are problem with their documents. Some of them banned (dilarang) entrance to school. All education components (Foundation, Principal, teachers, students, parents) confuse and scrambling (kalang kabut). All of them should be take car of their documents. It means they should go back to their country, Philippines and England. When semester holiday they go back to their country, especially teachers who from Philippine, just as Mrs. Ethel, Mr. Romeo, Ms. Arleen, Mrs. Cheryl, Ms. Ibeth. I don't know with Mr. Darren who from England. When local teacher and students go back to school on January 4, 2019, all expatriate teachers not yet arrive. They still in their country, Philippine. "Philippine is Catholic church. They celebrate Christmas so long. The government office not yet normal serve the public. So the Philippine teachers arrive late on this semester," Mr. Mario said. So how to substitute these teachers? The Foundation and Principal decide to recruit (rekrut) the local teacher to teach English and Science. So, Mr. Janus teacher English and Mr. Ricardo teach science. It is effective since January 14, 2019.
On January 21, 2019 there is new counselor, a women. She works start today. But for PE P5- P6 it is make difficult and troublesome (merepotkan) Ms Ibeth as Vice Principal who set (mengatur) and compile (menyusun) schedule and substitute teacher (guru pengganti). Sometimes I'm doing it. I'm regret. Because it is extra work without payment, while students pay normally to school. JPS OPEN NURSERY AND DAYCARE UNIT Saturday, January 19, 2019, JPS open officially Nursery and Day Care Unit. Father Kesharyanto,Pr from Saint Albert Harapan Indah parish lead the worship. Than Ms Titi as Representative (perwakilan) of Bhakti Harapan Bangsa Foundation cut ribbon as sign inauguration (pengresmian) and than Father Yustinus Kesharyanto,Pr bless this unit.
